Your custom phone case is created using a dye sublimation process which will produce photographic quality image on the final product.
Phone Case Durability
The phone cases are made from rubber or plastic. The plastic cases can be specified to be clear or black. These phone cases are pretty tough and can protect your phone from a drop. However, keep in mind they are a novelty item and will not protect your phone like a life proof case.

How Its Made
We use your custom design which is already sized and positioned using the online design app and print it using dye sublimation ink on to special heat transfer paper. The custom design is heat transferred onto a metal plate which is then attached to the back of the custom phone case using a special adhesive.
We will put your design created with the on line design app onto the phone case of your choice. Prices are as shown on the individual phone case page.
What should image resolution be?
You should test print the image you intend to upload on regular paper at about the same size it will be on your custom product. If it doesn’t look good, it wont look good on your custom product The test image should be printed a resolution of 300dpi or it wont look good. Higher resolution is not necessary
Do not use a image with a small width or height in pixels. For example, a image that is 240px x 120px will not look good when sized for a t-shirt. A image with a pixel size of 1280px x 960px or more will.
How many images can I upload?
You can upload as many images as you want to the phone case design app. You need to size and place them as you wish. Be aware of the blacked out area for the rear facing camera.
How do I set a background color on my design other uploading a image?
You can add the square shape, make sure its selected then apply a background color and use the handle bars to have it cover the whole area of your product. You can then add text or what ever you want on top of the “background” color.
How to center text on my product?
Make sure the text is selected , you will see handle bars around the text, then on the left scroll down to the bottom of the text area and select the center alignment icon. The text will be centered in the text box and you can move the text box anywhere you want.
Can I design my phone case using my phone or tablet?
It will work on a phone or tablet, but using a desktop for design is the best method. We are working on improving the app..
Why is the text not changing color when a new color is selected?
Be sure the text or any object you want to edit is selected in the design window. You will see “handle bars” on the object when it is selected. If no object is selected the app will not make any changes.
How durable is my personalized phone case?
The phone cases we use are durable and can protect your phone from most drops. However, our cases are a a novelty item and will not protect your phone as well as a case that is designed for protecting your phone from severe impacts.
