How Its Made
Your custom decal will be die cut on our vinyl cutter. It will be delivered to you with a cover layer and a backing layer. Just peel of the backing and stick it where you want. The vinyl we use is semi-permanent so that it is water resistant. The maximum size of the decal is 11inx11in.
Art Work
Your art work should have a main subject or object you want turned into a decal. If necessary your should crop this subject/object in the image before sending it. We turn the subject/object into 2 colors:black and white while making sure the object is still recognizable.
Photo Images
The aesthetics of a photo converted to a black and white custom decal is subjective. All the decal examples you see were created from real photos and serve as an example of what you can expect a photo conversion to look like. Once you approve the decal and we cut it we cannot accept returns. We will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your custom decal.
Text and Images
You can combine text and images using the online design app. We send a image of what your decal will look like to the email address you provided to us when you checked out. Once you give the go ahead we will create your custom decal.

What should image resolution be?
You should test print the image you intend to upload on regular paper at about the same size it will be on your custom product. If it doesn’t look good, it wont look good on your custom product
The test image should be printed a resolution of 300dpi or it wont look good. Higher resolution is not necessary
Do not use a image with a small width or height in pixels. For example, a image that is 240px x 120px will not look good when sized for a t-shirt. A image with a pixel size of 1280px x 960px or more will.
What is the largest size my decal can be?
The largest size is approximately 11in by 11in.
What is the smallest size my decal can be?
We can cut decals very small but the smaller the decal the less details show up.
How is it decided what part of my decal is white, black or a cut through?
Unless you upload a image that shows what is black and what is white or a cut through, we will design it and send you a image to approve. If the image is too difficult to turn into a decal, we will request that you re-upload a image that shows how you want the decal done.
How many images can I upload?
Upload only 1 image per decal. You may add text with the online design app. Keep in mind our decal colors are only black, white and a cut through.
Can I design my decal using my phone or tablet?
It will work on a phone or tablet, but using a desktop for design is the best method. We are working on improving the app..
Why is the text not changing color when a new color is selected?
Be sure the text or any object you want to edit is selected. You will see “handle bars” on the object when it is selected. If no object is selected the app will not make any changes.
How do I know the size of my decal?
The ruler on the top and side will show the size your decal will be.
How do I apply my decal?
The decal has a top layer covering the decal and a bottom layer protecting the adhesive. Peel off the bottom layer and apply the decal where you want. Use a credit card or something similar to smooth out air bubbles. Do not press too hard or you will damage the decal. Once the decal has been smoothed out and pressed on, remove the top layer and you are done.
Is the decal permanent?
We use a semi-permanent vinyl decal. We use this material so its water resistant. The decal can be removed with some effort.
